If you know the combination to the lock, it must open for you...

We've researched countless school attacks and discovered that every student who has ever attacked a school, has lacked the same 7 Inner Strengths.

This 2 day, highly interactive, advanced violence prevention course will show you how to unlock in your students the 7 Inner Strengths. Students who possess these strengths do not attack schools, commit violence, bully other students, or accept mediocrity.

They excel in life, not hurt others.

We'll give you the skills, abilities, and techniques to build strong and unbreakable students who won't choose to use violence in the future.

We have the combination. You only must unlock it.

This class is all about application...

It's about equipping you to return to your school with lots of new and proven techniques to change your life, and the lives of your students, by changing how you interact with kids.

We'll show you how to inspire, discipline, mentor, and challenge students in a new way that will enhance their 7 Inner Strengths and make them stronger, unbreakable.

The 7 inner strengths.

1. Purpose

2. Hope

3. Growth

4. Happiness

5. Compassion

6. Truth

7. Balance

We know that big and immediate change is tough. But small, positive daily change is more effective, longer lasting, and easier.

"It's easier to raise strong boys than repair broken men."

-- Frederick Douglass 1855

We'll help you to think differently and to unlock the 7 Inner Strengths in your students.

If you do, we promise that you'll build strong, unbreakable students.

You'll love this class if...

  • You want to make a difference in this life.
  • You're grateful to work for students.
  • You see people as the solution & not the problem.
  • You're the kind of person who gets excited when you find new ways to positively impact kids...and you just can't wait to try them out!
  • Growing personally & professionally matters to you.
  • You're willing to think differently about preventing violence if it means getting the job done.
  • You've tossed & turned late at night over a student's problem and wished you had the answer.
  • Kids come to you for advice. If you're not that person now, you want to be that person!
  • You believe that school should be not only knowledge based, but also love based.
  • You want kids to be better students, but also better people.
  • You're a parent and nothing in this world matters more than your children living a happy, brilliant life.
